Mekeni Food gives assistance to Taal evacuees
Employees of Pampanga-based Mekeni Food Corporation have prepared over 2,000 packs of hot meals for hundreds of families in Agoncillo, Batangas displaced by Taal’s recent eruption. Mekeni executives and workers, together with the Municipality of Porac, Red Cross Rizal Chapter, and Rotary Club of San Juan del Monte, conducted the relief mission under the food firm’s Poraqueño para sa Batangueño relief operations.
