The strategic rollout, made possible through partnerships with Powertrac Incorporated and SB Rental, was officially marked during a turnover ceremony held at the SCCI Warehouse and Precast Plant in Angono, Rizal.

The new fleet includes 20 Sinotruk dump trucks, three five-ton boom trucks, two self-loaders, five 30-foot dropside trucks, 10 high-roof tractor heads, 10 tri-axle flatbed trailers, one 60-ton low-bed trailer, and a Powertrac LKF2200 breaker assembly. These units are now fully integrated into SCCI’s construction and logistics operations and will support active and upcoming sites across the country.

“This deployment is a game-changer,” said SCCI President and CEO William Russell Scheirman Jr. “With greater mobility and control of our fleet, we can fast-track project timelines, reduce third-party dependencies, and enhance cost efficiency.”

SB Rental President and CEO Zenaida Tan and Powertrac Director Sherwin Uy also joined the turnover, underscoring the strength of the collaboration between finance and equipment sectors in powering the construction industry.

SB Rental, a subsidiary of the Security Bank Group, provides leasing and financing solutions for logistics and construction firms. Powertrac, meanwhile, is a trusted supplier of hydraulic attachments and heavy machinery known for durability and service reliability in civil works and infrastructure builds.

Headquartered at RS City Square in Cainta, Rizal, SCCI is one of the fastest-growing full-service construction firms in the Philippines. Its diversified portfolio includes mass housing developments, state-of-the-art hospitals, luxury hotels, coliseums, and commercial malls. These projects reflect the company’s vision of promoting inclusive urbanization, improving public service delivery, and stimulating regional economic growth.

“Our fleet is not just machinery—it’s a commitment to scale, purpose, and quality,” Scheirman added. “We are building the future, and we’re doing it with readiness, reliability, and results.”
