To celebrate the culinary treasures of Chilean food, the Embassy of Chile in Manila partnered with Dusit Thani Manila for the first ever Chilean Gastronomic Week in the Philippines. Held on October 10-14, 2018 at The Pantry restaurant of the hotel, the fête showcased flavorful dishes and delicacies from the north to the south of Chile, mixed with Philippine products, as prepared by Chilean Chef Matias Mardones.
The Chilean Gastronomic Week likewise featured Chile’s high quality wines with special spotlight on the country’s national beverage (spirit) – Pisco Chile.
