It’s located within a five-minute walk to Ayala Avenue and near Dela Rosa Walkway. So, there is  no need to endure heavy traffic or wait in long queues at bus and UV express terminals. Occupants are free to walk from their unit to their office without rushing.

The Flats Amorsolo is a solution for on-the-go professionals who are challenged by long commutes and traffic jams every day. Being close to everything means more chances to rest and recharge, bond with their friends, or enjoy Makati’s vibrant entertainment and dining offers.

Innovative yet reasonably priced, the co-living units are available for a one-year minimum lease term. Up to a maximum of 4 occupants can share each co-living space. Units for 3 occupants and 2 occupants per room are also offered. These co-living units are perfect for longtime friends, officemates and even professionals who want to meet new flatmates to grow their network.

Occupants can choose from two ergonomic design choices – rooms with lofts and rooms with bunk beds. Both are designed for optimal space usage. Each unit is thoughtfully outfitted with the features that matter most to highly-driven professionals – built-in beds, built-in cabinets, individual desk spaces, air-conditioning, a shower, and a toilet and bath. It’s also internet and cable ready, so occupants are always digitally connected.

Ample security is guaranteed as each occupant gets key card access. A lobby and reception area feature basic service shops to ensure that occupants enjoy day-to-day home conveniences. Parking may be leased separately.

“Ayala Land has always been responsive to the needs of young urban professionals who aspire for a perfectly balanced life. Co-living is an urban lifestyle concept that offers an affordable alternative to lengthy commutes and paying expensive transportation fares,” shares Shiella Aguilar, Makati Project Development Head for Ayala Land.
